Kigali, Rwanda – Preparation of the Rwanda Gender Sector Strategic Plan

MIGEPROF and UNICEF have awarded to CESS Institute a contract to prepare the 5-year strategic plan of the country.

The main purpose of this assignment is to elaborate the Ministry of Gender and family Promotion (MIGEPROF) strategic plan spanning the period 2014-2019, taking into consideration the national development priorities from the EDRPS-2 and other existing policies that the Ministry has recently elaborated including: (i) the integrated child right policy;  (ii) the Family Promotion Policy; and (iii) the National Gender Policy and its strategic plan.
