The Result Measurement Framework for development programs

Objective:

It is important for each public administration, implemented development projects and programs to design a Result Measurement Framework (RMF). Indeed, a country success does not depend neither on the amount of money spent nor on the number of projects and programs implemented but only on results achieved on the ground in terms population welfare improvement. The RMF enable to show and monitor what a country achieved in terms of sustainable development thourgh outputs and outcomes.
